GA - I was pulled over by city of atlanta police (no moving violation was given/cited) am assuming my tag was run at a stop light. When I asked the officer why I was pulled over he said for expired insurance and that was it.
this was incredibly stupid and a major oversight on my part regarding the cancelled insurance and therefore suspended registration. car was impounded and received 2 tickets - expired insurance and 1 for cancelled registration. I had the insurance and registration resolved the very next morning and picked up my car from impound.
Do I need an attorney for my court appearance?
