Ticket issued by motorcycle cop with many other vehicles present

What is the name of your state? Texas. I was issued a ticket by a motorcycle cop for speeding. He said he clocked me at 77 in a 65 zone. There was a lot of other traffic present and I do not believe I was going that fast. I was moving with the traffic and not looking at my speedometer. I don't go that fast even on the Interstate. I haven't had a speeding ticket in 20 years. I had seen the policemen as I passed him and noted my speed was 66 at the time. It was just about a half mile later that he pulled me over.
1) How accurate is the radar when used with many other vehicles are present?
2) Could he have picked up another vehicle instead of mine?
3) Can I successfully fight this ticket?

Any good advice would be much appreciated!
