Ticket for my accident...

The accident I was in, was in North Carolina...

I was driving with my friend and my friends car to his house, I hadn't slept in over 36hours. I fell asleep at the wheel and hit the guard rail. The office gave me a ticket for my friends car plates being expired... also gave me a ticket for driving reckless... What should I plead in court? I am I guilty of reckless driving for falling asleep at the wheel, though my intent was not to run into the gaurd rail, nor was I speeding. What should I do in court? What should I tell the judge?

Any advice is well appreciated-

James

Tell him that you were so drunk, you didn't realize you were tired.
