Ticket For Over 75 In A 55


What is the name of your state? FLA my question is 2 parts i got a ticket for 75 in a 55 on the fla tpk i travel it a lot there where new signs up when i went through that where not there the day before am i SOL . second how long will it go agenst my lic before is comes off any input would be helpfull 3 is there a way to get it off my record i drive a tour bus my lic is a class B thanks

You need to fight this ticket even if you have to hire an attorney.
This is classified as a serious CDL violation and two serious violations in three years and your license will be suspended.

That means that you will not have a job and even after you get your license back no one will hire you.

Check the FL statutes for the required notice when traffic control signs are changed. Many states require that the new signs have red flags on them so that drivers who are familiar with the road notice the changed speed limit.
