| State: St. Louis, Missouri I received a ticket for running a "steady red light" on 2/28. I was unfairly issued this ticket and the light was yellow as I entered the intersection and moved through it. Never once did the officer tell me what I was receiving the ticket for. I had no witnesses. How can I fairly fight this ticket. I have received no tickets since 1985 and am an upstanding citizen. Not only is this about principle, but I work for a company that frequently reviews traffic violations and employment is dependent on keeping a healthy driving record. Is it her word against mine. Help me please. What are the next steps to contest and is there any possibility that I can fairly win this or am I at the mercy of the court. Thank you so much. |

| You admit entering the intersection against a yellow light. Hate to tell you this but you admitted guilt, it is illegal to enter an intersection when the light is yellow. The only time a vehilcle may legally enter an intersection is when the light is green. You made a mistake, it is time to pay.
