| ticket says 57, court says 87.. HELP! Florida

i was given a ticket for 57mph in a 40, I went to the Ticket Clinic and payed 80 dollars for them to appear in court on my behalf. some days later the ticket clinic called me and said that they charged me incorrectly so they needed another 70 dollars because the speed i was going changed my something to a harsher i dunno wat..lol sorry for the lack of information. A few weeks later i received the letter from the court stating that i had to pay 350 dollars in court fee's and that i had to register for driving school.
well here's the twist. when i go to miami-dadeclerk.com my case file says i was doing 87mph!
i went to the ticket clinic and they say their records show that the court records say 87 but the ticket clearly says 57. i even remember looking at my speedometer and saying to myself "**** 60mph! He is gonna pull me over" not that it really matters what i thought.
is there anything i can do to clear this up? i know i messed up by speeding but 30mph is a big difference...my car doesn't even go that fast!  |
