Ticket TroublesWhat is the name of your state? Georgia Here's the situation: I recently got my first ticket for "failure to maintain proper lane" on a two-way street. It was late at night & I was in an unfamiliar area. I thought the street was a one-way street that just had two lanes. There were no cars coming & I got on the left-hand lane to make a left turn. Then I got pulled over for the wrong turn. My defense is that I was in a unfamiliar area under obscured (night) vision conditions. Will this be a good defense in court? What can I expect to happen? Any advice? |
