What is the name of your state? massachusettes. I recieved a ticket by mail for running a red light but I was not driving my truck that day. am I responsible for this?What is the name of your state?

Those types of tickets are being fought as unconstitutional in some states. However, as the owner of the vehicle, you are being held responsible. There should be wording in the ticket that if you sign a sworn affadavit naming the driver of the vehicle at that time, they will stop looking to you for payment, and will instead, go after the driver that you name.
