New Jersey--- can a ticket be thrown out if it has the wrong information on it? Such as time or date?::confused:

Depends on the 'wrong information'.

Such as time or date?

Possible. For example, if the officer cited you for a moving violation on a specific time or date and you can prove you were not the person cited by showing the court that you were somewhere else at the time or date cited, the court could dismiss the citation.
