i was ticket for 70 in a 55 but my speedometer only read 64 and the officer denied me the right to see the radar thing what should i do and what section of the law constitutes me the right to see it? |

| | | There is no law in NY that states the officer has to show you the reading on the radar. He says you were speeding=speeding ticket.
Please note that 64 is a 55 is speeding and you have admitted guilt if that is what you told the officer. Your best options are to either show up in court and try to get the ticket/fine reduced or to go to traffic school and keep the ticket off your record. | |
