What is the name of your state? oklahoma-i have a ? my son is 16 years old has had his license 5 months and has had 4 tickets here not sure what the deal is.....the police officer brings a ticket to my home 2 and a half hours later for him to sign...is this how it works my son is black and i am his mother and i am white and i believe a lot of this is racial..but not sure what i can do as i have no proof that its harrassment.just need some input as how to handle this...please let me know....thank you lawanda
