I recently recieved tickets for no insurance and no registration on a vehicle I was driving that is owned by someone else. I was told she had insurance and did not notice that the registration was out of date. Is there anything I can do since I am not the owner of the car?

Just a guess

Have the owner of the vehicle obtain insurance and proper registration and go to court with you to explain the situation.
Technically you are the responsible party as the operator of the vehicle but showing compliance might convince the judge to let you go.Just my opinion!
