Tickets lost, now what?

What is the name of your state? NY
I got two tickets, one for broken headlight, the other one is registration of commercial vechile as passenger vechile. I am scheduled to appear in court in 2 weeks. But I lost the tickets. Anyone know what I should do? I went to the NYS and their traffic ticket beaureau website but none of the provide any info nor they give you a number to talk to a person.
