I live in Texas and the tickets are in Texas. One speeding, one lack of insurance & one expired registration. It has been over 3 years since the tickets, and there is still a warrant. I know there has to be a statute of limitations on traffic violations, but I don't know what it is. Can anyone help?

The SoL applies to the filing of charges, not the apprehension of the defendant. If the charges were filed timely, then like Rochelle said, that warrant is there until you take care of it. So why not pay the citations and clear the matter up???

Guess you're SOL then huh? (Like that one???????)
