I live in KY. My apartment building has a tow-away zone sign that says "pursuant to ORC 4513.60." How can my friend's car be towed from KY over the river to Ohio by a tow company from Cincinnati, OH? How can Ohio Code be imposed in KY? The only thing I have come up with is that the company that owns my apartment building is located in Cincinnati, OH, but the fact remains that my building is in KY and the sign reads "pursuant to ORC." I am a law student and have already pulled up the Ohio code off of LexisNexis. Anything will help.
