The time limit that the statute of limitations applies to ended when you were handed the ticket. I assume since you're asking this you failed to appear on this charge as well. This is a misdemeanor or possibly even a felony depending on the nature of the suspension that you violated. I'd seriously consider talking to a lawyer at this point, there are probably warrants out for your arrest.
