Traffic Citations

What is the name of your state? north carolina i received a traffic citation reckless driving to endanger going only 25 mph and was charged with a accident that is still unsolved. Thank You for anyones help

Please do not start a new thread for the same situation. You were asked to provide complete information and have still failed to do so. Give us the full story ,short and sweet version, and the statute number of the violation.
