What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? georgia ,i receied a speeding ticket and driving while license suspended ,driving 61/45 ,arested and posted a 840.00 bond ,the suspenion is due to not paying a old ticket in ga a year ago for expired tag by one ,the car was not mine and the owner has since sold this car ,i have also paid this ticket and have the paper work ,my home state also has since reinstated my license,i am due in court tomorow 9/13/05 at 9am in smyrna ga 30080,can you tell me if you think its possible the speeding could be reduced and the suspenion charge may be droped ,i'm not from ga so i really don't know how to ple nor what to say to the judge ,can you advise please I AM FROM N.C AND MY LICENSE IS N.C WITH NO POINTS ON IT but if they get the 61 in a 45 in ga they will suspend me ,thank you

Start with an explanation on how you could get a ticket for someone else's tags being expired on someone else's car.
