i live in west virginia and in 1993 i got 4 traffic tickets stacked on me all at once for driving a vehicle with bad plates, no insurance, bad inspection sticker and for a child not being seat belted (he undid the car seat connector without me knowing it).i have never paid the traffic tickets (due to ongoing fianancial problems) and i was wanting to know if there was a statute of limitation on how long these tickets could be held against me.
