Recently i got my I-130 approved (K-3 Visa), now i was reaised the issue of maybe facing a problem getting my security clearance regarding a Reckless Driving ticket i got in 2002 (when i was in the states) and that was reduced to a speeding ticket by a DA no jail was involved only a fine and points.

Since the ticket was reduced to a speeding ticket, dose it show at all as a reckless driving in my record (it showed as speeding at my insurance company)?

Is this ticket a crime or misdemeanor before or after reduction?

The speeding conviction should be what is on the official (public) record.
