Q: How many times can you appeal a traffic case?

A: Until your appeals are exhausted. Usually, that means from the traffic court to (perhaps) the district/circuit court and then to the court of appeals for the state.

If you're asking when you're supposed to make your appeals, then ask your lawyer or (if you don't have a lawyer) look in the court rules governing appeals.
