Traffic Law in Little Rock, Arkansas

What is the name of your state?
Arkansas

I was stopped in the parking lot of my apartment complex and cited with reckless driving.
I would like to know if normal traffic laws apply on private property?
This was a parking lot, there are no lane marking lines or 911 street signs.

Click on the state resources link at the top of the page, then state statutes click on arkansas and type wreckless driving/privite property in the search box. From what I read there traffic laws are the same for puplic and privite property. Hope this helps Kathie
