Question

traffic school eligability?????

What is the name of your state? california
i recieved a ticket for exhibition of speed -misdemeanor
the judge reduced it to basic speed law - infraction
but then told me he would not allow me to attend traffic school.
Under 42005 cvc i should be allowed to attend because the original citation was reduced (because of circumstances) to a one point violation rather than a two point.

is this right?

"is this right?"

The judge is always right. Well, unless he finds me guilty.

You got off easy. Pay the fine and stay out of trouble.

you had a 23109(c) vc-m, right?

It's called a plea bargain. You take the point but keep the misdo off your record.
