i was just pulled over yesturday for going 10 miles over the speed limit in the flow of traffic- meaning there were a swarm of cars going the same speed and I was not tailgating. i was having bad day already and i asked the officer why he pulled me over, and i said "no i was not speeding". he did not let me talk and i mentioned i was in a hurry to get my son to the hospital because he was having an allergic reaction, but the officer did not care. i was hoping for an escort but that never happened, how can i fight this without it hurting my record? i have heard so many things and am confused.
