Traffic TicketWhat is the name of your state? New Jersey In New Jersey my wife got a speeding ticket with 4 points-construction zone. She has a court date on May 24. When they sent her the paper for the court date, I noticed that our street address is incorrect. I know sometimes clerical errors may dismiss ticket. But, can spelling my street address incorrectly dismiss ticket? If not, what can I do to just pay fine and not get points? |

| Nice try but no go. Guess what the judge will do when your wife points out the "error" on the ticket? Yep, he'll take the ticket from her, ask her the CORRECT address then amend the ticket. Pay the fine and move on. |
