| my 16 yr old son, just received his first ticket! C&I following too close, lane violation, attempting to pass intersection, passenger no seat belt (city limits) He said another car was speeding up and slowing down going off road & throwing gravel, so he decided to pass. Police said he was lying & gave him a ticket. Do we need attorney to plead this to a illegal parking or whatever, to save insurance & points??? A Frantic Mother! |

| Mom, get used to it. I had teenage drivers too. Consult a lawyer locally by all means as just maybe there is a chance that some violations will be dropped. ------------------ To retain a lawyer, I suggest you go to http://AttorneyPages.com which is endorsed by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. This response is intended as general information only and NOT LEGAL ADVICE. As you are not my client I have no obligation of any kind to you. |
