| I want to fight a speeding ticket in New Jersey. The officer said he is willing to lessen the charge in court if the prosecutor agrees to it. What should I say to the prosecutor to make him more agreeable to lessen the charge. The charge is speeding 15 miles over the speed limit, which carries points. Thank you, Anthony If you have any information on this I'd appreciate it if you could email a response to me at entssc@earthlink.net. |
