Lets see if I have this correct. You say that you have received THREE tickets this year (SO FAR!!!), and are now whining about the repercussions of your actions?? Is that correct??

If so, then you should have thought about all of that (and your "family to support") BEFORE you put yourself into a position to get the tickets.
Simply..... "you went to the dance, now it is time to pay the fiddler".

Since you have a CDL, I assume that you either drive people (as in bus or cab) or a big vehicle (as in truck). If so, your unprofessionalism behind the wheel is a danger to society. Hopefully, when you do lose your license, you will learn that driving is a privilege and NOT a right.

And finally, if you do get a 'hardship' permit to drive to and from work ONLY, it will NOT be a CDL!! Kiss your CDL days goodbye (at least for a while).

A lot depends on the exact violation, the jurisdiction, and whether you were driving a CMV. There is not enough information in your post to determine if your license will be suspended.

If you drive for a major carrier there is a good chance you will be fired if you are convicted. If you are an independent then you will have a problem when your insurance renews.

It is possible that I can help once I know more about the specifics of your situation. Send me an email, just click on the profile button, and I will try to help. I own a trucking company and understand the problems.

as far as whining i was not! And being civil you were not! I simply posted my question and wanted a civil reply, and no i was not in the truck i drive for 2 of the tickets one was out of my control and i do admit the other to were for speeding but i most certainly did not endanger anyone's life for if i did i would be sitting in jail right now.so unless you have something smart to say please do not reply to me again.i asked for advice not a lecture mommy.

"so unless you have something smart to say please do not reply to me again."
*** I personally think that ALL of my posts are smart. Some are very smart. Some are just smart.

"i asked for advice not a lecture mommy."
*** As for needing a lecture, any idiot who gets THREE tickets in 6 or 7 months, needs a hell of a lot more than a lecture!! You need to get a 'shot of reality'. And, if needed, the court can 'whip' you into shape!!

At least for the moment, go with lwpat's suggestion. In the end, you may need a lawyer to minimize the impact of the multiple violations. lwpat may have a recommendation in your area.

To my understanding, this is a forum that is intended to provide some answers, advice and direction to those making an inquiry such as yours. It's is unfortunate, but there are some on this list that feel it is their right (if not their duty) to ridicule and/or cirticize. I'm relatively certain that you did not come here for such treatment. You will recognize these persons in short order and apparently have the option of ignoring their comments.

Good luck.
