traffic violation

What is the name of your state? OH

My son received a ticket for squeeling tires. He has a small car and he if they squeeled, he didn't even hear it. It was college graduation at the time in this small city and the cops were out in full force.
He has heard that he should plead not-guilty, or no-contest if the judge allows him to speak.

What should he do. He took pictures of the intersection where that said he squeeled the tires to prove there were no skid marks, and he said there were no people in the crosswalks either.
He drives a 4 CL vehicle/13 years old, no high-performance car.
