With a SC ticket offense being DUS 3D/SUB OFF
DUS (driving under suspension) i know this one. But what is the 3D/SUB OFF
I am thinking it means it is the 3rd offense of DUS but what is the SUB/OFF . I understand the last lettters (OFF) mean offender more than likely but the SUB has me confused
