I recived a citation for turning right thru a red light (there was no sign prohibiting a turn on red)...the police officer said I did'nt come to complete stop. I slowed down, not sure if it was a complete stop but i know it was well under 10 mph. the traffic was turning left and the lane was verly clearly free and thus i turned...Is there any type of defense I could try to use for this in court?

You can claim temporary stupidy as a defense. I saw someone do this yesterday. He was still found guilty but it might work for you.
