| | | Turning Violation - Unsure of Charge
What is the name of your state? Virginia
I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to approach this in court - should it be fought or plead to get this charge reduced....? Is there anything that can be done to go in before the court date (maybe a first attendance appointment with the clerk?) or to have this omitted from the record? Can the fine be reduced and/or paid without it going on record? I believe it may come with 3 demerit points but I am not sure.
My husband was given a "disregard for left turn signal, red light" ticket. I have never heard of such a charge. Is it worded differently in the VA Traffic Law Code? | |
