What is the name of your state? Texas

I have just recently moved to TX from KY. I received a speeding ticket a few days ago for going 75 in a 65. I really don't think I was speeding, or if I was, it was only a mile or two over. In KY, when you ask to see the radar, the cops show them to you so you can see what they clocked you at. When I asked this policeman to see his radar, he said that in TX they don't have to show them to you. I want to know if this is true, or if he is just duping me because I still have a KY license and license plates. If he has to show the radar to me if I ask, what is the best way to fight this ticket?
