TX Ticket (73/45)

I just got hit with a ticket in Texas doin 73/45. The cop hit me with a laser so I was screwed right away. It was in a construction area where the speed changed from 60 to 45 right away, but the cop didn't check off construction area in my ticket and lowered my alleged speed to 60. I know I really can't fight this one but I have a New Jersey out of state license and a clean record. Does anyone know where to find out info or know whether or not this ticket will transfer points to New Jersey?
