Question
what are michigan's laws regaurding putting a speeding ticket under advisement? i first heard a radio lawyer talking about it, and i tried it. the magistrate said that michigan does not do that. i now have got another speeding ticket, what should i do? one more thing, the carbon copy (my copy) of the ticket is so faint, that i can't even read it. i don't even know how fast i was going or even the officer's name. please help???
