unfair speed ticket & panelty

What is the name of your state?california cypress

i got a speeding ticket some 15 days before , at that time i had fotocopy of license and insurance. today i got a notice of 557$ ! is it logical---and can i avoid /save /bypass this panelty pls advice--- i am in service and can not pay it ????? the officer guessed my speed as it is said that there was no radar or laser ??? pls help
