I was involved in a minor accident. I was given a ticket for no proof of insurance also stating damages less than $400, but not the accident itself. I want to take responsibility, but feel the estimate that I received from the insurance company is outrageous. their bill is stating 1200.00, when all the car had were some small scratches. How can, if possible, to fight this estimate.
