What is the name of your state? Washington

i have unpaid ticket, i went to court and claim guilty, then stop payment, cause i ran out of money. Now collection agency has it and i haven't been paying on it for a while. does that mean i have a warrant? Also if I go and get a background check for fingerprinting will they check for warrant there? will i be arrested there? how can i get rid of the warrant? where can i go and find out if i have a warrant?

Thank - you == for you time.

You can bet there is a warrant and your license is suspended too. The only way for you to fix your problem is to pay all the fines and late fees. If you are stopped you will be arrested and your vehicle impounded.
