Unpaid ticket

What is the name of your state? CA

I got a ticket around April of last year for driving without a license and had to pay around $700. I've moved out of state for a couple of months then came back. It says on the ticket that there will be an automatic warrant for me should I fail to pay for the ticket. I was unemployed at that time but now i have a job and means to pay for the ticket. Will i have to go to jail for not paying the ticket? What is the best way to take care of this?
