Unresolved speeding ticket

About eight months to a year ago I was visiting California where I was pulled over for speeding. I have tried to resolve the issue from my home state of Florida but have been unable to. I would like to pay the fines but I cannot find out how much the ticket is for and where I am to send the money. I don't want this to continue to go on. Any information would be helpful.

Does the ticket say you must appear? Is an address on the ticket?
