unsafe driving

I am in pennsylvania and I was on a 4 lane bypass. Two lanes run south and two lanes run north. I was comming to the end of this bypass(45mph) when I seen a police man doing about 40mph so I proceeded to pass him. As i passed him 3/4 of a car lenth he sped up and then hung back in my blind spot till the end of the 2 lane bypass turned into one . So right before the one lane came up I sped up to avoid any accidents or anything. After this he pulled me over and said he wasn't ticketing me for speeding but for unsafe driving. He also said i got you doing 52 in a 45. Then to urk me even more he threw his metal case on my glass t-tops of my camaro. I stayed cool for the whole thing and didn't say or do anything about it. Just let it go like nothing happened. Also my fiance was int he car to witness everything also. My question is what can I say or do to have this ticket totally avoided? I did go down and set up a court hearing and just waiting on the date, and before I go to the officer and say I was wrong and try to plead for no points and pay the fine, I just want to see what can be done as I will be representing myself.
