VA- Fairfax reckless speeding My case results

What is the name of your state?VA

I hope my case results are helpful for who has similar case.

I received a reckless speeding ticket in VA Fairfax 67/35.
My court date was July 06 Wed.
I'm 19 female.
It was my first ticket. Had a very clean record (+3).

Many people said VA this can be up to $2500 and 12 months in jail for reckless driving.

So I found a $295 Attorney (He was the only one who charge lower than $500 others are $1000, $700 or $500) Honestly his office was dark and little mess and he seems less professional than others
But i'm a student.could not afford $1000 attorney...

court date
My attorney talked to the prosecutor to reduce my sentence before the sesion.(I wasn't there when he talking w/ prosecutor) before my session, my attorney said my fine will be $300 No suspension. and got off reckless so just regular speeding he said i'm lucky.(Am I??)

3.My friend- 8Monthes ago. 18 yrs old. female. 50/25 Dismissed

You probably will end up with six points and a big hit on your insurance. You will also be required to take the 8hr. class. This is mandatory for anyone under 20 for any moving violation.

(Excuse was Bathroom Emergency)

Don't believe everything someone tells you. I have never ever seen this work unless they had something from a doctor.

You will receive a letter from the VA DMV. Judge doesn't have anything to do with it.
