I received a VC 21651 (b) ticket a few days ago, which was later corrected to a VC 21460 (a) ticket. I was traveling on Mulholand Hwy on my motorcycle, when a car pulled out of the shoulder, i then began to slow down and the car pulled slightly over to the side and waved me by, so i went around him, not crossing the double yellow lines that separated us from oncoming traffic, and was then stopped an cited. My questions are: Is it worth fighting? If so i would like to fight by TBWD, What types of things should i add in my TBWD? Any other info on how to get out of this ticket?
