Warning??

What is the name of your state?Ohio

I was just wondering, I have been driving for 5 year and have no other violations. I was speeding in a residential area, I made a left , went two blocks then slowed down for a van to turn right. In that time I was pulled over and did not see the radar gun. Do I have a right to be issued a warning?? The officer told me I did not thank you

an officer can chose to give you a warning, give you a ticket or just let you go its all up to him.
