"warning" ticket..now a drag racing ticket!

OKay 2 years ago I was signalled to pull over in Long Beach, CA after pulling into a gas station by a cop conducting other business there. He came over and said that I pulled into the gas station to fast and he needed to see my license to run a check. I gave it to him knowing that I had a clean record. He came back with what he called a "warning" ticket and told me to drive slower. I signed for it, and paid the "warning" ticket.

Now 2 years later after taking over my insurance payments from my parents, I find out that my insurance tripled because of the "warning" ticket. I change insurance companies and find out that my warning" ticket, is listed on my Driving Record as a Pre-arranged Drag Racing ticket which is a 2-point violation. I was not drag-racing and I don't not have they typw of car built for drag racing (a 4-door pontiac bonneville)

My question is if I can find a copy of the ticket, which says I was doing "15" and I should have been doing "10" in a "35" MPH zone, can I get this taken off or at least reduce on my driving record?

Kathy

Or did I screw myself my paying the so-called "warning" ticket?

H E L L O....you screwed yourself by paying a "warning" ticket. A warning ticket is just that, a warning. And warning tickets don't have fines attached to them
