Waste of resources defense in WA state?What is the name of your state? WA, the EvergreeD State Does WA have a "waste of resources" defense for speeding ticket that are for just ten miles over the limit? (AZ does) Thanks, J Baker Nevada, where the cops are nicer than WA

__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

| In Arizona you can be cited for "waste of finite resourses", this applies to those that accelerate rapidly or spin their tires but not in a reckless manor. Maybe the OP is confused. Oh, and I know many cops in Washington and find most of them to be rather decent individuals, especially when you obey the law.
