What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

I was doing 15mph on a 40mph zone after the recent snow storm in Oklahoma. The roads were covered in ice hence my slow speed. I hit a bad lump of ice that sent me sliding towards an oncoming vehicle that I hit. The police were called and gave me a ticket with a mandatory court appearance stated "speed too fast for conditions" There were no injuries to anyone involved. What kind of punishment can I expect from the judge (fine/points etc) and any recommendations for my time in court would be helpful.

Also I am an Irish citizen but have a valid American license. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
