What Happens? My question is... what happens if in a course of say 6 months time spand someone gets 3 or 4 tickets for different offenses. And several of them they were granted a defferal. How many times can a defferal be granted, and if someone investigates and finds out is that purjury? ![]() |

What will happen. You will probably not get a response because you tagged a poll onto your question. |

| What does the documentation say? If you have to get a repeat of the same offense, you're probably ok. If not, they probably messed up, but how are you going to get charged with perjury unless you lie to get the deferral? In any case, I'd drive carefully for about six months to let them all blow over. |
