What happens if Court Clerk doesn't complete the Certificate of Mailing

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I received a Decision & Notice of Decision (Form TR-215) back from the Court on July 11, 2008. The Clerk's Certificate of Mailing is blank! The decision was made on June 19, 2008 but the envelope was postmarked on July 9, 2008. I received it more than 20 days after the decision. I did track the case online and filed a TR-220 for a Trial De Novo within the 20days of the Court's Decision. Could they throw my case out because I was not properly notified?
