What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona.
My husband was pulled over and arrested, the day he bought his car, for "Criminal Speeding", "Exhibition of speed", and "unnecessary tire noise". He is a Marine, so he was turned over to the Military Police after his arrest. His court date is set for 9/11/2008.

He has no prior accidents or moving violations on his record. However, on the 4th of July, he received several parking violations which he plans to contest.

He tried to take Traffic School, but they said he couldn't, since he has criminal speeding on his ticket.

Here's the kicker, though- His speed (60+ in a 35) was measured by "Officer Estimate". What can we do? and What kind of punishment should we be anticipating? Thanks.

Some lawyers will give an initial consultation for a small fee or gratis. There should be listings in a phone book.
